McKinney, GLSP offer legal help McKinney Medical Center (MMC) and Georgia Legal Service Program (GLSP) have partnered to meet the legal needs of patients.
A GLSP representative is onsite twice a week at the Waycross facility and once a week in Folkston to help patients who need assistance with civil (noncriminal) legal matters.
The Waycross office hours are Tuesday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Thursday, 9 a.m. to noon. The Folkston office hours are Wednesday 9 a.m. to noon.

BCHS Class of 1974 sets 50th reunion
The 50th reunion for the Brantley County Class of 1974 will be held Saturday, October 12 at the Okefenokee Country Club.
A meet and greet will be at 4 p.m., with a meal served at 6:30 p.m. Menu must be preordered and paid in advance to Leonard Harris, 1762 Riverside Road, Nahunta, 31553.
Meal will be choice of steak or shrimp, baked potato or french fries, with salad bar, dessert and beverage for $40 per person. Doneness of steak, or choice of shrimp (fried/grilled) and potato choice should accompany payment.
