Sheriff’s Report

EDITOR’S NOTE: The Brantley Beacon receives the Sheriff’s Report from the Brantley County Sheriff’s Office. We are not at liberty to change any facts in the reports that are sent to us.

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: Thomas Drury, 40, was arrested Monday, August 26 on an outstanding Probation warrant.

• Outstanding Failure to Appear warr ant: Chad Johns, 44, was arrested August 26 on an outstanding Failure to Appear warrant.

• Outstanding Prob ation warrant: James Diskin, 30, was arrested Thursday, August 29 on an outstanding Probation warrant.

• Battery, Obstructing or Hindering Law Enforcem ent: Stephanie Mahurin, 34, was arrested and charged August 29 with Battery and Obstructing or Hindering Law Enforcement. (NPD Case)

• Disorderly Cond uct: Clifton Oglesby, 35, was arrested Thursday, August 29 and charged with Diso rderly Conduct after deputies responded to a call.

• Theft by Shoplifting: Christopher Wilson, 25, was arrested Friday, August 30 and charged with Theft b y Shoplifting. (NPD Case)

• Outstanding Criminal Damage to Property warrant: Christopher Herrin, 35, was arrested August 30 on an outstanding Criminal Damage to Property warrant.

• Seat Belt Violation, Expired Tag, Head/Tail Light Requirements, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked: Sue Lassin, 53, was arrested Friday, August 30 and charged with Seat Belt Violation, Expired Tag, Head/Tail Light Requirements and Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.

Brantl e y County deputies con ducted a traffic stop on Highway 301 in reference to no tail lights.

• DUI, Possession of Open Alcohol Container, Failure to Maintain Lane, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance: Clemente Vallej o s Padilla, 34, was arrested and charged August 30 with DUI, Possession of Open Alc ohol Container, Failure to Maintain Lane, and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance.

Brantley County deputies conducted a traffic stop on Central Avenue in reference to a vehicle stopped in roadway.
