WAYCROSS — The Okefenokee Alliance for the Homeless, Inc., will honor it’s fifth anniversary launching “Fives for Five” campaign.
OATH is encouraging everyone to give as many “fives” as they are able, whether that is $5, $55, $555, $5,555 or more.

Your support makes a difference. OATH was created to fill the service gap that existed for homeless families in Brantley, Pierce, and Ware Counties.
It evolved from the work of a grassroots task force established by the Ware Children’s Initiative, a Georgia Family Connection collaborative, in January 2017.
The task force brought together faith-based organizations which had never met or worked together before, mainstream agencies who had depended on faith-based help, but never shared ideas or issues, volunteers who were previously homeless.
It was for three counties in Southeast Georgia who were in need, but had never had a shared discussion on poverty, food insecurity, or safe and secure housing.
