WAYCROSS — Mrs. Katherine Bonnell Pressley Douberly, 52, died Friday evening, August 9, 2024 at HCA Florida Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, Fla.
Mrs. Douberly was born in Augusta to the late Steven Herman Pressley and Mary Locke Pressley. She lived in Pierce County most of her life and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Douberly of Waycross; her children, Cheyenne Honeycutt (Dexter) of Waycross and Casey Douberly of Blackshear; her grandchildren, Steven Honeycutt and L.J. Honeycutt; her siblings, Clarence “Eddie” Pressley of Statesboro, Charles King and Brenda King; an uncle, Clifton Pressley; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 17, 2024 at 3 p.m., at High Bluff Cemetery. Memorialization will be by cremation.
