• Two male juveniles, ages 13 and 14, were arrested Wednesday, Nov. 6 and were both charged with felony - arson in the first degree and criminal damage to property in the first degree.
Sergeant Bruce Burrows made the arrests.
• Holli Elizabeth Sweat, 36, was arrested Monday, Nov. 4, and charged with felony theft by conversion.
Deputy Matthew Edwards responded to a residence in Pierce County, Sept. 18. After initial contact, Deputy Edwards requested assistance from Aggressive Criminal Enforcement (ACE) Unit Investigators Greg Nettles and Wayne Mercer. After conducting a thorough investigation and collecting evidence, Sweat was arrested.
• James David Moon, 19, was arrested Tuesday, Nov. 5, and charged with felony - possession of Scheduled IV controlled substance with intent to distribute; possession of Scheduled II controlled substance with intent to distribute; Possession of Scheduled I controlled substance; misdemeanor - driving under the influence (DUI) and drugs not kept in original container (2 counts).
K-9 Sergeant Michael James responded to an accident that resulted in Moon’s arrest.
