Last Saturday marked a decade of Regional Championship wins for the Pierce County High School (PCHS) Competition Cheer team.
The team scored a 99.5 on Saturday (Nov. 5) with a two point deduction, which put them at 97.5. However, they were still able to secure their placement as Region Champions.
This was the tenth consecutive Region Championship for competitive cheerleading at PCHS.
They ranked in the top three at sectionals and will advance to the State Championship on Friday November 11.
The team’s session starts at 10:00 am, and they will be the fifth team to perform after intermission. All sessions will stream live on GPB.org and on NFHS Network.
