The Masterbuilders Ministry will celebrate its 23rd anniversary beginning at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, at First African Baptist Church, 708 E. 12th Alma, where the Rev. James Stephon Deen is pastor. Services will also be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8, at Bethel A. M. E. Church, 26 Martin Luther King Street Denton. The Rev. Johnnie Beveritt will be the guest speaker and musical guests will be the Brown Brothers of Valdosta. The Rev. Lurena Collier is the pastor. The anniversary will culminate in a service at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 10 at Kingdom Faith Church, 6014 Homestead Road, Blackshear. Pastor Nathaniel Anderson will be the speaker. Pastor Tony Terrell Reynolds is the pastor.
