Culp leads Pledge

Keeon Culp Sr., veteran of both the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army, led the Pledge of Allegiance at the Pierce County Commission’s October 15 regular meeting. Culp joined the Navy in 1996 where he became an aviation technician and served for over 4 years, including a stint on the aircraft carrier USS Enterprise. After 3 years in the Naval Reserve, Culp went to combat medic school and served for 7 1/2 years with the Army Reserve, where he became a combat veteran. Pictured above Culp (left) receives a certificate of appreciation from County Manager Raphel Maddox.
