Quilting Guild to be held in Jesup Nancy Perez of the Wayne County Quilting Guild works on a paper piecing quilt during the monthly meeting of the guild at the Wayne County Library as other guild members work on quilting projects. Bonnie Farnsworth, guild vice-president, said the guild is inviting new members to come and learn quilting. “We are trying to get younger members and anyone who wants to learn the craft,” she said. Boys-To-Men seeks male volunteers Boys-To-Men is an organization for boys ages 818 from Pierce, Wayne and Ware counties, designed to help transition from boyhood into adulthood. The organization operates under the principle that choices determine destiny. Boys-To-Men meets twice a month, 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Edward Bud Newton Center, 3124 Tyre Bridge Road in Patterson.
