A question about the election ballot
Editor, The Times, We will soon have an election.
On the ballot, I am sure there will be amendments of which most of us know nothing about. It is possible for The Times to put in the amendments we, the people, are to vote on? Also, please explain to us what the amendments are talking about.
If possible, please tell us what is suppose to happen if the amendment is passed. I would very much appreciate you doing this if you could.
