Sheriff’s Report

EDITOR’S NOTE: The Blackshear Times receives the Sheriff’s Report from the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office. We are not at liberty to change any facts in the reports that are sent to us. If there is an error in the report, contact the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office.

• Lamonica Latrice Wright, 39, and Anwar Navarrias Padgett, 46, were arrested Tuesday, August 13 and each charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession and use of drug related objects.

K-9 Sgt. Michael James responded to a residence in Pierce County resulting in the arrest of Wright and Padgett.

• Lea Danielle Flowers, 34, was arrested Thursday, August 15 and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession and use of drug related objects.

Deputy Jacob Holmes and Deputy Travis Courson responded to a business in Pierce County resulting in the arrest of Flowers.

• Ana Michelle Barnes, 24, was arrested Sunday, August 18 and charged with possession of schedule III controlled substance and drugs not kept in container.

K-9 Sergeant Michael James responded to a business in Pierce County resulting in the arrest of Barnes.

• Kiser “Junior’ Stokes, 67, was arrested Monday, August 19 and charged with terroristic threats and acts, cruelty to children (third degree) and probation violation.

Deputy Travis Courson responded to a residence in Pierce County resulting in the arrest of Stokes.

• Anthony Tyrell Murchison, 59, was arrested Wednesday, August 21 and charged with fleeing/attempting to elude a police officer, willful obstruction of law enforcement, acquiring license plate for purpose of concealing identification of motor vehicle, failure to drive within single lane, Expired vehicle tag/decal, turning position signals required and speeding.

After further investigation, Murchison was arrested.
