The Blackshear Exchange Club recently hosted Taylor Turner, Pierce County Coordinator for Action Pact. Action Pact is a community action agency deeply rooted in the promise of improving lives and communities. For over 50 years, Action Pact has worked alongside local partners and become integral to the progress of individuals and families in the communities they serve. Whether there is a need to protect children, the elderly or entire families or to assist financially, medically or otherwise, Action Pact is dedicated to helping out where they can.
