August is moving along fast. What ever we have do in life, let’s do it now. Don’t put it off. I say this because our loved ones are leaving us. Our love for family sure is stronger. Homegoing services were held Saturday, August 10, from the Bethel Temple Holiness (First Born) Church in Blackshear. ***** Our children are now back in school. Best wishes for a successful school year. ***** Hurricane “Debby” poured down rain on us last week, but thank the Lord it was no worse than it was. Thankful to see the sunshine, but it sure is hot. ***** Revival! Piney Grove Free Will Baptist Church will have revival starting at 7 p.m. tonight, Wednesday August 14 – and continuing through Friday, August 16. Guest speaker will be Dr. B. R. Fulton from Mount Moriah Primitive Baptist Church Tampa, FL. Piney Grove is located at 2808 Piney Grove Road, Blackshear. Host pastor is the Rev. Brandon M. Elerby.
