WAYCROSS — Mrs. Deborah Ann Pittman, 69, of Waycross died Friday evening, January 13, 2023, at Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross.
Mrs. Pittman was born in Pierce County to the late Joseph Robinson and Julia Elizabeth "Lizzie" Smith Robinson. Throughout her life, She made Waycross, Blackshear and Lyons, Ga. home.
Mrs. Pittman worked for Claxton Chicken, King Edward Cigar Factory and Wal-Mart. She was a member of Suwannee Chapel Church of God of Prophecy.
Along with her parents, Mrs. Pittman was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Pittman; her step-father, Mose Durrance; and 12 brothers and sisters.
Mrs. Pittman is survived by her children, Brian Pittman (Teresa) of Vidalia, Jim Pittman of Waycross, Luckie Pittman of Waycross, and Sondra Pittman (Terrell) of Waycross; grandchildren, Leigh Ann Pittman, Gage Pittman, Luke Pittman, Onacia Howard, Marcus Howard, Nyshaila Howard, Zachary Edwards, Kaitlyn Hunt, Abbygail Hunt and Aiden Hunt; great-grandchild, Braxton McCray; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A funeral service was held Tuesday in the Miles-Odum Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial followed in Greenlawn Cemetery.
