The Pierce County Industrial Development and Building Authority (IDBA) has announced two buildings equaling 97,000 sq. feet have become available for lease or purchase in Patterson.
The larger, 60,000 square foot manufacturing space is located at 6502 Highway 32, Patterson.
It features three-phase power through Satilla Rural Electric Membership Corporation, water and sewer accessibility, a wall height of 20 feet and ceiling height of 28 feet.
Another 37,000 square foot warehouse space located at 5948 Industrial Boulevard, Patterson is also available.
Features include three-phase power from Georgia Power, water and sewer access, a wall height of 14 feet and ceiling height of 20 feet.
“There is a limited availability for this type of space and it’s needed,” said IDBA Executive Director Matt Carter.
“The IDBA is simply helping market these spaces for job creation and better jobs in Pierce County.”
Both properties are owned by local business owners and for the past several years have been leased by Inland Pipe Rehabilitation (IPR).
Prior to IPR, the 60,000 sq. foot space was leased by DayStar, which IPR acquired in 2018.
IPR announced in February they had acquired Inliner from Granite Construction Incorporated, a company which offers the same pipe-lining services as the DayStar facility.
As a result, IPR chose to no longer continue leasing the properties in Patterson.
Carter described the properties as suited for light-industrial use and ideal for any industries seeking speed to market.
