WAYCROSS — Mrs. Linda Gail Griffis, 66, died Tuesday night, August 1, 2023, at her residence after a courageous battle with cancer.
Mrs. Griffis was born August 1, 1957, in Douglas to the late Garland Morris and Minnie Mercer Morris. She was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Derrell Eugene Griffis.
Survivors include her daughter, Jessie; grandson, Grayson; and brother, Carl.
A graveside service was held Thursday, August 3 at Swamp Road Baptist Church Cemetery.
