Several railroad crossings will be closed for a CSX track maintenance project starting Monday, November 7.
These closures will necessitate rerouting traffic. Signage will be in place marking detour routes.
The crossing to the Forestry Department will be closed November 7 followed by the crossing at Crews Boulevard and Kitchings Road Wednesday, November 9. Swamp Park Road will be closed Monday, November 14.
Each crossing will be closed for 2-5 days depending on the maintenance work that needs to be performed. There are special circumstances where some crossings are the only egress for the traveling public.
