WAYCROSS — Mr. Clayton Thomas Pittman, 54, died Sunday morning, October 9, 2022, at his residence in Waycross after a long term illness.
Clayton was born Saturday, July 6, 1968, to his parents Donnie Pittman and Dorothy Driggers Pittman in Ware County. He was a member of Suwannee Chapel Church of God of Prophecy. He loved to drink Coca-Cola and eat his potato chips.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Driggers Pittman; his sister, Marie Pittman; and brother, Daniel Pittman.
Clayton is survived by his cousin and caretaker, Sondra Pittman (Terrell); two second cousins, Onacia Howard and Marcus Howard; an aunt, Debbie Pittman; his father, Donnie Pittman, all of Waycross; along with a niece, a nephew and several cousins.
A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. today (Saturday, October 15) at Music Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Suwannee Chapel Cemetery. The family received friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, October 14.
