The Pierce County Public Library, 785 College Avenue, Blackshear, will host several October events.
There will be the “Monster Express” at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 25. Dress your “monstery best” and join them for games, crafts, candy and music. There will also be a best monster contest. This event is for all ages.
There will be a creepy candy program at 4 p.m. Thursday, October 27. This is an event the whole family can have fun with. They will have ingredients for candy monsters and haunted gingerbread house kits, while supplies last. This event is for ages four to adult.
The library will be at the Pumpkin Festival October 20 and the Pecan Festival October 22.

*Storytime Express, Mondays at 4 p.m. Ages 4 and up.
*Doubled Play, Tuesdays at 6 p.m. Ages 7 and up.
*Dungeons and Dragons, Tuesdays at 6 p.m. Ages 13 and up
*Twisted Stitches, Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. and Fridays at 4 p.m. Ages 11 and up.
*Basic Computer Class, Thursdays from 11 - 12 p.m. Ages 12 and up
*Off the Tracks, Thursdays at 4 p.m. Teens
*Paper Creations Crafting Club, Fridays 4 p.m. Ages 12 and up.
*Anime Club, first and third Saturdays at 10:30 a.m. Ages 12 and up.
