FARGO — Penny Elaine Walker Hendrix, 61 of Fargo, passed away suddenly Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Clinch County Memorial Hospital in Homerville.
Born in Brunswick, Mrs. Hendrix was preceded in death by her father, Ephraim Allen Walker, Jr.; her parents, Carl and Margaret O’Neal; and a brother, Gary O’Neal.
Mrs. Hendrix worked many years as a Paralegal for the State of Georgia. She enjoyed spending time with her family and loved animals.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Mitchell Hendrix of Fargo; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Ricky Walker (Evie) and Terry O’Neal (Valerie), all of Brunswick; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Sandra Thomas (Paul) of Tennessee, Donna Cutler of Brunswick, and Vanessa Bell of Brantley County; and a sister-in-law, Beverly Hendrix Parker of Hickox; also many nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
A visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. today (Wednesday, September 21, 2022) at Frye Funeral Home, Nahunta.
