ATC Broadband has announced it will end its email service in March, 2023.
Customers received notice last Thursday that the company will end its email service March 15, 2023.
After that date, customers will no longer have access to their ATC email accounts.
A decline in use of the service was cited by the company as the reason for the decision.
“We understand that it can be frustrating to lose a feature that you depend on, but we have noticed that we are focusing a lot of our development time and resources on a service that isn’t being utilized enough to warrant its continuance,” said a company spokesman.
ATC Broadband recommended customers look to other email services like Gmail and Outlook as alternatives to ATC Broadband’s email service.
ATC Broadband will continue to focus on quality communication services for its corporate and residential customers throughout the service area.
ATC Broadband is a third-generation, family owned and operated service providing residential internet, ethernet, voice and digital television services throughout Southern Georgia.
The company has offices in Alma, Baxley and Blackshear.
