Teri Elizabeth Williams, 58, of Blackshear, passed away Sunday evening, May 5, 2024, at Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross.
Born in Blackshear May 1, 1966, she lived in Pierce County all her life. She was a secretary for GATX and just retired on May 2 after 33 years of service. She was a devoted member of Emmanuel Baptist Church where she had taught the three year old Sunday school class for over 20 years. She loved going to the beach, spending time with both of her boys and
her family, meeting people, and just life in general.
She was a daughter of the late Layman Odean and Elizabeth Nell Kicklighter Williams.
Survivors include her two sons, Devin Williams, Butner, NC and Clay Williams, Blackshear; her sister, Lynn (Joe) Taylor of Blackshear; three brothers, Danny (Kathy) Williams, Lanny (Cindy) Williams and Randy (Lisa) Williams, all of Blackshear and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
As per her request, memorialization will be by cremation and there will be no service.
