The Lady Bears went through highs and lows last week, facing a loss on the heels of a win.
An 11-1 win against Irwin County opened the week Monday, September, 26.
Facing off against Vidalia brought a 7-0 loss the next night (Tuesday, Sept. 27).
Coach Tyler Rogers gave credit to the Vidalia team, calling them “really good.”
Rogers said the team will regroup and get back on track in time for other big games left in the season.
A scheduled Sept. 29 game against Brantley was canceled due to the potential threat from Hurricane Ian. It has been rescheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 12.
