“Her legacy is etched in the hearts of her husband of 47 years, her five daughters, 29 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild, all of whom cherished her profoundly. As a retired counselor at JTPA, she touched countless lives, leaving an indelible mark of kindness and wisdom. Her presence blessed all who crossed her path, each person emerging better for having known her. In celebrating her life, we remember a woman whose warmth and compassion radiated, making the world brighter for those she encountered. If you met her, within five minutes you would be invited to her church, that she loved and is a member of, Bridge 419 in Blackshear. She was not only an extraordinary woman in her familial roles but also a diligent and hardworking individual. Whether she was seated at a desk offering counsel or plowing a field, her dedication and precision were evident in every task she undertook. Her strong work ethic extended beyond professional realms, embodying a spirit of perseverance that inspired those around her. She leaves behind a legacy not only of love but also of industrious determination, reminding us all of the beauty found in hard work done with perfection. It is our belief, God’s first words to her, job well done my child,” said her family.
