Cord of 3 raised $34,050.67 in its end of year giving campaign.
The Cord of 3 annually holds a year end fund raising event and this year the ministry hosted its first ever Give-a-Thon on Giving Tuesday along with Southeast Georgia Women’s Center and Campground Ministries.
The Cord of 3 family invited the community to “Arise and Build” faithful families and the community responded.
“The community support during that live event blessed all three ministries abundantly,” said Clay Gill of Cord of Three.
The focus of the Cord of 3 ministry is to protect and preserve the God-ordained institution of the family.
The organization’s work is to minister to individuals and families through Christ-centered counseling, marriage retreats, parenting supports, prevention efforts and other trainings in order to bring hope, healing and restoration to today’s generations of families. Every family is impacted by the attacks on the family, and Cord of 3 believes it is both a privilege and responsibility to join with families and be a part of what God is doing in their lives.
The ministry’s “Family Fund” was created so that no family is ever turned away for the inability to pay. The over $34,000 raised will generate approximately 358 counseling and discipleship sessions for families in the community.
“We thank you and the families we serve thank you. You are changing lives of entire families and possibly even future generations,” said Gill
