The second Annual Cowboys for Kids, a community fundraiser benefiting children’s Grief Services and Camp Hope, will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, March 18, at the H3 Farm in Patterson.
Admission is $10. The event is sponsored by Hospice Satilla Junior Board of Directors and Roll the Dice Productions. Proceeds will go to support Camp Hope.
Camp Hope is a grief camp for children ranging in age from 1st grade to 18 years old who have experienced a significant loss through the death of someone close to them. Camp Hope is fully funded by donors and the fundraising efforts of Hospice Satilla’s Junior Board of Directors. The loved one did not have to be involved with hospice to attend Camp Hope, and there is no charge to attend.
Participants will enjoy a variety of activities such as bounce houses, craft vendors, pony rides, face painting, food vendors, a petting zoo, a mechanical bull, and Roll the Dice Production’s barrel racing. Come out and enjoy a fun-filled day and support your local non-profit community hospice.
