The Pierce Co. Bears Wrestling Team started off the past week defeating Waynesboro (72-11), but took a loss to Toombs County (53-21).
The Bears also took a massive and much needed win over Appling County (48-28), the Bears then followed the win by beating Windsor Forest (55-18).
Following the season the Bears are in fourth place for sectionals scheduled for this weekend with the location yet to be determined.
The Bears will then move on to individual competition after sectionals this weekend.
