Election day is coming, cast your vote Nov. 8

Election Day is almost here.

Pierce County voters can vote early at the courthouse through 5 p.m. this Friday, Nov. 4 or can vote in person at their precinct on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 8. There will be no early voting on Monday, Nov. 7.

Polls will be open from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 8, at both of the county’s polling places. Voters will cast ballots at either the Pierce County Gym on Main Street and College Avenue in Blackshear or at Eagle Station on Williams Street in Patterson.

Large numbers of Pierce Countians have already cast ballots by voting early or absentee. At press time Monday, a total of 3,305 had cast ballots in person and 186 absentees had been turned in.
